Recently, I spent some time with our AI Experts Philip Kurzendörfer and David Kurzendörfer in Cape Town to realize some critical tasks in our Online Marketing Automation Software.
Was it productive? Most importantly, there wasn't any disruption by email, chat, bug fixing or anything else. In addition, if you feel good you mostly produce better outcomes.
On the other hand, working hours were quite reduced. Because you can't resist enjoying wonderful Cape Town.
So, motorcycling and surfing is a must! I guess a workation is quite useful for realizing a pre-determined task.
For general projects / work it might be less productive.What do you think about workations?PS: team building was less important in our case - we're already a family 😁
